This was a special one for us. Not only was the Jake the best man but Megan is also one of my closest friends. When they asked us to photograph their wedding in Colorado we jumped at the opportunity to capture their special day. Since Jake was the best man, we did a role reversal from our typical weddings roles. Instead of Jake being with the bride, I stayed with Megan and captured her getting ready while Jake captured Brett getting ready. I also photographed the processional down the aisle and the group photos so Jake could be in them. While it may have deviated from our normal setup, I couldn't imagine it any other way. I'm so glad we got to be a part of this big moment in their lives. We couldn't be happier for the two of them and wish them many years of happiness.
